What types of amino acids are vital for our body?

How many types of amino acids are there? To date, science knows 26 of their species. All of them “command the parade” in our body, slowing down or speeding up certain processes. They ensure the correct balanced operation of all systems, protecting us from premature aging.

The liver is the source of all amino acids. Over time, it becomes more and more difficult for her to synthesize them, which leads to a rapid decrease in physical activity. The reason is not only age. Infectious diseases, stress, and unhealthy lifestyles also contribute.
Types of amino acids and their role in the body

What types of amino acids are there? There are essential acids that our body produces, and there are nonessential ones – they are part of other amino acids and are found in protein products. Let’s list the most valuable of them.

Valine stimulates activity, helps to form and maintain the structural integrity of all systems of our body. Its second name is glucogenic amino acid. It helps synthesize vitamin B3, penicillin. It turns into glucose and serves as an additional source of energy.
Leucine is another type of amino acid. Its functions are to regulate blood glucose levels, restore bone and muscle tissue, ensure proper liver function, and the formation of hemoglobin. This amino acid is not processed by our body, but enters inside along with protein food.
Isoleucine is involved in energy metabolism at the cellular level. It increases endurance, relieves lethargy and fatigue, helps to quickly restore muscles after injuries, and our entire body after operations.
L-Lysine synthesizes carnitine, which helps to maintain healthy hair and skin, as well as collagen. The amino acid lowers the level of "bad" cholesterol and helps to absorb calcium.

All of the above amino acids are essential, and the complex is also known as BCAA. In addition to species, there are also forms of amino acids – free hydrolyzed, dipeptive, tripipteiform. The last 2 forms are rarely used. The most basic and valuable form is BCAA. In fact, it is the indispensable and most important material for building muscle. They are quickly absorbed and carry a huge charge of energy.

The effectiveness of this or that form, type of amino acids depends on the appropriateness of their intake, dosage, time of administration, but it does not change from the “packaging” – whether it be capsules, powder or liquid cocktail. The maximum effect is achieved with regular and properly organized training.
